We ordered a Primavera Couture dress, which unfortunately was oversized. It was impossible to get a response from customer service within the required 5 day return/exchange window. I left two voicemails and multiple emails requesting an RMA, as advised in their posted return policy. I finally received a reply 6 days after I’d received the order, but assuring me my refund (minus the 25% restocking) was safe. I packed it up and shipped it Monday, and Tuesday (3 days after getting the return instructions), I received a message saying to wait for a “return label.” All I can say is, stay on them if you need service, and document everything (including taking lots of photos or videos of the merchandise so you can’t be accused of sending back an item with defects that magically appear out of nowhere) so you don’t get left with a $400 dress you can’t use. That said, I did appreciate the fact that they allow returns, even if there is a 25% fee, since most places don’t accept returns at all.
