Return Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send your item(s) for return within 5 days of receipt.
- Please contact us via email at: info@MyFashion.com no later than 48 hours of receipt of the dress to obtain an MyFashion RMA number prior to returning. No returns will be processed without a valid MyFashion RMA number.
- All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all dress tags intact for the refund to qualify.
- Once you have a valid RMA Number, please ship the dress back via trackable service such as UPS or FEDEX exactly as it was received (and with all the product tags intact, unworn, etc). Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- The original dress must be shipped back within 3 business days from the time you are given RMA#.
- Send us the Shipment Tracking Number by email to info@MyFashion.com
- All refunds are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, and this fee is deducted from your refund payment.
- Orders sent back without an RMA number are subject to a 50% fee and will ultimately delay your refund or exchange order.
DAMAGED PRODUCT:
- If the dress you received is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we will accept a return for re-inspection in order to assess the problem and determine the best way to correct it. We will issue store credit in case we determine the dress was damaged in shipment. Please email us no later than 48 hours of receipt of the dress, and request an RA Request Form via our customer support email info@MyFashion.com. Please share 5 - 6 pictures of the dress highlighting the damaged portion on the dress. Please ship the dress via trackable service such as UPS or FEDEX exactly as it was received (and with all the product tags intact, unworn, etc).
- You wish to return for re-inspection must be shipped back to our store and received within 5 business days from time the package was delivered. Refunds will not be credited or replacements/repairs will not be made if we do not receive your return within 5 business days from the day the package was delivered to you, no exceptions.
- Returned dress must be in unworn condition, packaged securely in the original or comparable packaging, with all tags intact. When returned for re-inspection, the dress must be in perfect, new, never worn, condition as received at the time of delivery. It must not be damaged, soiled, stained, torn, and be free of offensive odors (i.e. smoke). Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will not refund return shipping fees unless the dress is determined to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. * Special Sale items / Clearance items are Final Sale, and they are not returnable. No exceptions.
PRE-SHIPPING INSPECTION
- We have a strong pre-shipping inspection process in place that checks every item including fabrics, seams, zipper, beads, rhinestones and etc. for defects, and we double check the color, size and quantity against the packing list for accuracy.
- Our inspection team take pride in what they do and we want you to feel safe ordering online from us
CANCELLATION:
- Your order can be cancelled at no charge prior to processing.
- If you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed, or shipped to you, a 25% re-stocking fee will be applied and deducted from the refund payment.
REFUSED PACKAGES:
- Any refused shipments will incur a 29% penalty and will be deducted from your payment.
SIZING RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Each designer tends to have a specific size guide, the size you normally wear may not be the size you would wear in a dress from our site. We highly recommend reviewing the measuring size guide provided on each product page and match it to the product’s size chart to ensure your best fit before making your dress purchase.
- As a general rule when in doubt of a size option, always chose the larger size. It's easy to take a dress in, but nearly impossible to add width.
NO RETURNS FOR SIZE ISSUES:
- We do not accept returns for any size-related issues. Therefore, please ensure that you carefully review the size chart provided before making your purchase to avoid any inconveniences. Ensuring the correct size is chosen is crucial. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
- A free referral is provided upon request to a local Alteration specialist in your area for any alterations and size changes that may be needed.
