Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

All international shipments are subject to duties and taxes. Custom and import charges are NOT included in our shipping charges.

How long does it take to deliver the order?

All US orders are shipped PRIORITY/FIRST CLASS/UPS/FEDEX & Delivered typically within 5-7 business days(Monday through Friday; excludes holidays) from the day you place the order.

What is your return & exchange policy?

All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all dress tags intact for the refund/exchange to qualify. Our Inspection team will verify and then only the refund/exchange would be processed. All Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Do you have a physical store where we can try the dresses?

We have an online store only, all Designer Dresses are 100% Authentic and are typically shipped directly from the Designer's warehouse.

Do you have a sizing chart I can refer before making the purchase?

Each designer tends to have a specific size chart. We highly recommend reviewing the measuring size chart provided on each product page and match it to your body size to ensure the best fit before making the purchase. If you're in between 2 sizes, we recommend sizing up so it'll be easier to get it altered by the local alteration expert.

How does Price Match Guarantee work?

We offer LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE! If you find the same dress from the same designer on another website at a price lower than what’s listed on MyFashion.com, we will beat that price by 10%. It must be from an Authorized Retailer in exact color, size and in new condition. We do not guarantee any pricing on used, auction products or FAKE dresses.

Do I have to pay for the dress before I receive it?

Yes, you do. We cannot process any order without full payment. We accept credit card payments including American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Meta Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, Shop Pay and Visa. Personal checks are not accepted.

Will I be charged if the item I ordered is out of stock?

No, you will not be charged if the item is unavailable or sold out. Charging is done manually once the item is processed.
